Dr. Panossian is a rhinoplasty specialist. He is an expert in both open and closed (or, endonasal) techniques to create the most attractive nose while keeping it natural and proportional. In addition, he will correct nasal breathing problems when present. The photographs below represent Dr. Panossian’s actual patients and are not modified.
Patient 1. This is a 32-year-old woman who underwent rhinoplasty for correction of a large dorsal hump and droopy tip (hanging columella).
Patient 2. This is a 28-year-old woman who underwent correction of a dorsal hump, hanging columella, flared nostrils, and a bulbous tip deformity.
Patient 3. This is a 23-year-old woman had trauma to her nose and a resulting hump deformity. She was also unhappy with the tip. Her planned rhinoplasty corrected both of those issues and opened up her airway.
Patient 4. This is a 25-year-old woman who underwent closed rhinoplasty for correction of a large dorsal hump and under-rotated tip.
Patient 5. This is a 19-year-old woman who underwent closed rhinoplasty for correction of a mild dorsal hump, bulbous tip, and lack of supratip break. These problems create a lack of definition.
Patient 6. This is a 45-year-old woman who underwent open rhinoplasty for correction of a moderate dorsal hump, bulbous tip, and long nose.
Patient 7. This is a 21-year-old woman sustained trauma to the nose resulting in mild nasal deviation. She underwent closed rhinoplasty for correction of a dorsal hump deformity, straightening of the nose, and bulbous tip refinement.
Patient 8. This is a 17-year-old girl with history of cleft lip and palate. She had secondary deformities characteristic of cleft lip including a bulbous tip, deviated nose, and displaced nasal base. She had previous rhinoplasty performed by a different surgeon. She now underwent extensive reconstruction of her nose using rib cartilage graft.
Patient 9. This is a 32-year-old woman with an ethnically characteristic nose with mild dorsal hump, strong nasal tip with bulbosity, and underrotation of the tip with a hanging columella (droopy tip). She underwent open rhinoplasty to correct these deformities.
Patient 10. This is a 28-year-old woman who underwent closed rhinoplasty to repair a prominent dorsal hump and rotated, bulbous tip.
Patient 11. This is a 32-year-old woman with history of previous rhinoplasty and trauma to the nose. She underwent revision rhinoplasty to repair a prominent dorsal hump, flared nostrils, nasal deviation, hanging columella, bulbous tip, and re-establishment of dorsal aesthetic lines.
Patient 12. This is a 43-year-old woman who underwent ethnic rhinoplasty for a bulbous tip with thick overlying skin and lack of tip definition. The tip was derotated slightly and nasal bones narrowed.
Patient 13. This is a 38-year-old gentleman who underwent rhinoplasty for prominent dorsal hump, wide nasal bones, and a bulbous tip.
Patient 14. This is a 20-year-old woman with a history of trauma to the nose causing deviation. She underwent rhinoplasty for correction of nasal deviation, large nostrils, and an over-rotated tip.
Patient 15. This is a 21-year-old woman who underwent rhinoplasty for correction of nasal deviation, a tension lip, and a bulbous tip.
Patient 16. This is a 28-year-old woman who underwent ethnic rhinoplasty for correction of deviated septum, hanging columella, and wide bulbous tip.
Patient 17. This is a 17-year-old gentleman who underwent ethnic male closed rhinoplasty for correction of a deviated septum and nasal bones, hanging columella, and unrefined bulbous tip.
Patient 18. This is a 27-year-old woman with thick nasal skin, crooked nose, severe dorsal hump, and bulbous droopy tip underwent ethnic closed rhinoplasty.
Patient 19. This is a 17-year-old female with history of unilateral cleft lip deformity. The nose was deviated with extensive warping of the underlying delicate cartilage. She had rib grafting with refinement of the tip and deprojection. The septum was straightened and the nasal bones narrowed.
Patient 20. This is a 16-year-old female with history of unilateral cleft lip deformity. The nose was severely deformed from the cleft and prior attempts at reconstruction. The delicate tip cartilage was warped and droopy. A prominent dorsal hump with wide nasal bones was also addressed.
Patient 21. This is a 47-year-old woman with history of nasal trauma and severe deviation. She underwent rhinoplasty to refine her bulbous and droopy tip and to straighten her deviated septum.
Patient 22. This is a 34-year-old woman with 3 episodes of previous trauma to the nose. She underwent rhinoplasty to correct severe nasal and septal deviation, deprojection of tip with refinement, dorsal hump reduction and inferior turbinate reduction.
Patient 23. This is a 31-year-old woman unhappy with a prior rhinoplasty performed elsewhere. She underwent revision rhinoplasty to correct wide hanging columella, bulbous tip, and ethnically short nose.
Patient 24. This is a 28-year-old woman with deviated septum, mild dorsal hump, bulbous tip, and crooked nose underwent closed rhinoplasty.
Patient 25. This is a 46-year-old woman who sustained blunt trauma to the nose resulting in a fracture of the nasal bones, a widened nasal bridge and breathing difficulties. She underwent septoplasty, correction of the widened bridge and reshaping of the nasal tip. All of this was done using a closed rhinoplasty technique.
